To use it:
1. copy the two folders to your plugins folder
2. go to your plugins page and you should see the List Eruptiona and mail from plugins and enable both
3. go to the new List Eruption menu on the left
4. it will ask for an activation key, just enter anything, it's ignored...
5.. enjoy and use

Simple text files to add to your proxy sources in scrapebox
( only works with scrapebox )

1. open text file. control A, control C ( copy all )
2. goto "manage proxies" , sources.
3. Add sources, control V ( paste )
4. save etc.

You should now be able to grab about 18,000 - 20,000 proxies

NOTE: there are some dead ones in there as they have not been cleaned out but hey I am not going to wipe your ass as well :P
